GRMS is a unified public platform designed to receive, route, track, and support the timely resolution of citizen grievances concerning participating public services.

Any eligible citizen or authorized representative may submit a grievance after creating and verifying a citizen account.

Provide a clear description, the affected service or department, relevant dates and locations, and supporting documents that help establish the facts.

After submission, a unique reference number is issued. The future authenticated citizen portal will display status changes and official responses.

Resolution timelines vary by category and responsible authority. Each accepted grievance is assigned a service timeline and may be escalated when overdue.

Standard grievances require verified contact information so authorities can clarify facts and communicate outcomes. Protected disclosure rules may apply through separate statutory channels.

The planned submission workflow supports relevant evidence in approved formats and within documented file-size and security limits.

Where policy permits, the citizen portal will present an escalation or review option with the applicable authority and response timeline.

GRMS applies access controls, secure sessions, encryption practices, audit trails, and data-minimization principles. See the Privacy Policy for more information.

Access to the public grievance submission and tracking service is intended to be free of charge. Standard connectivity costs may apply.
